Solubility Test (what's this?)

This product showed a fairly high degree of insolubility when used as an instant mix with both temperatures of water. A pronounced cap and seal of unwetted powder formed at the top of the cylinder at the line markers indicated. However, reconstitution improved markedly when the product was allowed to rest for 4 hours, especially when the hotter water was used. Only a very loose cap of powder formed for the 125°F water and no cap of unwetted powder was observed for the 175°F water.

Physical characteristics

The texture of this product was very even and consistent. This resulted in very low measurement error described below. (The expected error shown below is equal to 1 standard deviation (statistically 68% of all measurements should fall within this range)).
