The table below provides a listing of the
primary and secondary ingredients for each product. The ingredients are
listed in order of prominence as contained in the product. The source of the
ingredient listing is the manufacturer (either as posted on their website or
as listed on the label of the container of the product). Rehabilitators are
encouraged to review the ingredients in their milk replacers, especially if
they notice any change in color, texture, weight, solubility, or health of
the wild animals in their care. Keep the package label and note the lot
number and expiration date (these could be somewhere else on the package
than the label!). Having a record of the label is essential if any questions
or concerns develop about the product. If the package of milk replacer is
divided into smaller packages for storage or sharing with other
rehabilitators, each package should have the product lot number and
expiration date.
